A bit more about us

A former dairy farm, Glebe Farm has been converted to a specialist stud farm with no expense spared.

34 stables equipped with the latest facilities means our horses stay in the best possible environment. Our staff, led by our Stud Manager Carwyn Johns, are dedicated and passionate. As most live on site they are able to give their undivided attention to the horses in our care.

Our spacious paddocks set in 65 acres have post-and-rail fencing throughout and the farm has a horse walker, lunging ring, indoor exercise area, barns and storage. This ensures that our horses stay active, whatever the weather.

The yard keeps thoroughbred broodmares, foals and yearlings and racehorses out of training. We have all the facilities and expertise for foaling and preparing horses for sales including stocks, infrared heating and CCTV monitoring.

Hindon is a large village on the Wiltshire / Dorset border with two pub/restaurants, a sports and social club, church and post office/general Store. To see exactly where we are, or to ask us any questions, have a look at our contact page.

The owners Denis & Clare Barry, who live on site, have a number of broodmares and young stock as well as horses in training with Richard Hannon and Alan King.
